Dear Linda, Larry and family. So sorry to hear that your Dad has passed. Your Dad helped keep our farm running in the summer of 1962 when Dad was in the hospital in Saskatoon. I remember him doing summer fallow, working on grain bins and combing.. Still remember how it only took him a couple of swings of the hammer to sink a huge nail. He also had a rule that I could not join him in any of the outside work until I ate all of my potatoes.
We were fortunate to have his help when we needed it most. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers. Emiel Dahms.
