Obituary for Brock Abrey
ABREY: Brock J. J.
August 19, 1981 - May 21, 2023
It is with great sadness that we share the news of Brock’s sudden passing. He was the middle child and only son of Ted and Helen Abrey of Imperial, Saskatchewan. Brock was a great lover of the outdoors, the farm, hunting, fishing, and the simple things in life. His pride and joy was his son, Jack, to whom he enjoyed passing on his love for creating tasty meals in the kitchen. Brock had a passion for learning and applying that knowledge to various facets of his life.
Brock studied engineering at the University of Saskatchewan, branched into a career in pool construction throughout the province, and found passion in troubleshooting problems as an electrician.
Brock expected perfection in himself and anything he undertook. He often reflected that he was an old soul, born two generations too late. He was a very bright, talented, capable young man who found peace in the quiet moments.
Brock was a faithful friend and an honest, kind soul.
Brock leaves behind to cherish his memories his son, Jack; his mom, Helen, and dad, Ted; sisters, Amy (Stewart) Parkinson, Benton and Callie; April (Neil) Renneberg, Emily, Elliott, and Lincoln; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

A Memorial Service will take place at St. Andrew's United Church, Imperial, SK on Tuesday, May 30th, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will take place in Imperial Cemetery.
