Elaine Wilson, formerly of the Simpson District, passed away peacefully at Long Lake Valley Integrated Facility, Imperial, SK on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at the age of 79 years. Elaine is survived by her husband of 59 years Ken; their children Lori (Randy) Hoover and Ian (Una) Wilson. She also leaves behind her brother Keith (Annette) McLaren and sister Gwen (Glen) Kopp, sister-in-law Donna McLaren, brother-in-law Don Wilson, as well as many nieces and nephews. Elaine was predeceased by her Mom and Dad, Joyce and Ralph McLaren; her brothers Ross McLaren and David McLaren; sister-in-law Judy McLaren; niece Lorna McLaren and daughter Deanna in infancy. A Celebration of Elaine’s Life will be held in the Simpson Community Centre, Simpson, SK on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Jo-Ann Hills officiating. Interment will follow in Simpson Cemetery.
