FELSKE, Phyllis (Genge) – age 92, of Nokomis, passed away peacefully July 30, 2016 at the Nokomis Health Centre. Phyllis Felske was born Phyllis Genge July 13, 1924 in Nokomis, Saskatchewan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Elizabeth Genge; siblings, Jock (Anne) Genge, Robert (Lou) Genge, Mai (Frank) Rogers, Dora (Lance) Baxter, Evelyn (John) Barton, Jean (Wendal) Heidrick, Elsie (John) McGinnis. Phyllis was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She had the most generous, loving heart and touched many lives with her presence. Her family and friends will always be thankful for the gift that was her life. Phyllis is survived by her husband Arnold Felske; son Doug (Marlene) Felske, grandchildren, Jayson, Shayne, Mattea; son Winston Felske; son Ben (Pat Hoyt) Felske, Rick Hoyt, Rob Hoyt; and many nieces and nephews. A Graveside Memorial Service will be held in Nokomis Cemetery on Saturday, August 13th, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Jack Robson officiating. A Reception will follow in the Nokomis Centennial Hall.
